W/in day and a slight loss....

Down .6.......which is great considering that I haven't been the best, but trying to make up for it. Got on the treadmill again this morning for 22 min. Three workouts in a row. Let's see if it becomes a habit!!!!

Kudos to you for getting back on that treadmill. You are well on your way for making it a habit! Congrats on the loss...every little bit gets you that much closer to your goal! WAY TO GO!
